Role overview
As a Product Engineer at Contour, you will own and ship features end-to-end across our core product surfaces. You will work closely with product and GTM teams to build intuitive, high-quality experiences that solve real problems for enterprise customers.
What you'll do:
- • Build and refine user-facing experiences for AI-powered collaborative workflows
- • Own features end-to-end — from technical design through implementation, launch, and iteration
- • Partner directly with design and customers to turn complex enterprise workflows into simple, powerful interfaces
- • Create rich document generation, synthesis, and review experiences on top of LLM infrastructure
- • Build integrations and data surfaces that connect enterprise tools (Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, etc.) into seamless workflows
- • Raise product quality through instrumentation, experimentation, and tight feedback loops with users
What you'll have:
- • 4+ years of software engineering (post-BS/MS) on product-focused teams, with strong full-stack or frontend-leaning chops
- • A track record of shipping user-facing features in fast-growing SaaS products
- • At home across the stack — you can craft a polished UI and wire up the APIs and data layer behind it
- • Solid programming fundamentals and a strong CS foundation
- • You've worked hand-in-hand with design and can make sound product calls on your own
- • Grit — time spent at early-stage startups is a plus
Compensation range
$250,000–$350,000
